Customer service was wonderful! And the labor work, impeccable! Very professional and helpful. They called enterprise for me to get picked up for my rental. And helped me get my discount with my insurance without me having to go through my insurance. They made the process easy and very pleasant.

Communication, updates on my car wasn’t as good as I expected. I picked up my car and there is some cosmetic adjustment that needs to be done. They wet ready an willing to fix but I need to bring it back when I can.

I rated them a 9 because they lost my cargo net. But I would recommend their excellent body work and paint job. They also said they would replace the cargo net.

The quality that was provided by Gerber was excellent. There was one issue. They lost my cargo net to my car. I appreciated that Hugo (Estimator). Took pictures that showed that my cargo net was in my car the day I drove it off to Gerber.
