Everyone that I either had direct contact with or in passing, were kind, friendly and helpful. Shay was attentive and kept me informed of everything that was going on. The nice young lady, I'm sorry that I've forgotten her name, that helped me when I came to pick up my car was great! She was in the middle of trying to eat her Buffalo Wild Wings, stopped eating (I'm sorry for interrupting your lunch), pleasantly, and insisted on helping me. Her customer service was awesome. If, and hope I won't have to, I ever need any other body work or accident repair, I will definitely visit this location again.

It would be a 10, but I asked that the gap between the hood and fender be checked because it was wider on the driver’s side than it is on the passenger side. I believe that it may have been caused by the accident. The gap is still wider on the driver’s side. Other than that, everything else was perfect.
