Everyone was very nice, however, when some scratches appeared on my door they blamed it on gravel but refused to show me the pictures taken by the insurance agent. Meaning, it is plausible that it was done during their care and they don't want to repair it. It's a shame because I really liked this place and the people, this kind of ruined it for me though seeing as to how I now have scratches on my car that weren't there when I dropped it off.
