I am giving a middle of the line review because the work itself was satisfactory, but the service was garbage. The text alerts are incorrect, and resulted in a HUGE inconvenience. Don't text me and tell me it's done when it's not even close. I drove for 2 hrs in traffic and paid for 2 cab rides because of the incompentence.

Your corporate guy was awesome! But untill I started calling 3 weeks after my car was done I was very upset....I understand yall are busy, an they did great on the car. But the communication lacked very poorly untill I began to call an make complaints. I know yall are extremely busy but when people give an estiment on when the car shall be returned, they should make sure its close to accurate. I think you all did a wonderful job but that's only after I called an complained several times. Communication is the key an that's the only thing I will say that needs to be worked on. Overall, great job on the car though. Thank you.

Paint did not match. The "estimator" kept giving me excuses about the paint. The manager was brought after giving me excuses twice. When I finally sat down and the manager was able to work with me right before the estimator gave me another excuse from the insurance company
