I like the convenience of the location, but the secretary set the mood for the day and the man didn't even go over the damaged part that was fixed. He just emphasized that the car was cleaned: washed and vacuumed. We went over the sides of the car, not the back of the car. When he left, I looked at the back. My bumper had a missing piece to cover up the hole for the towing hook? The "new" bumper even had scratches. I don't want to come back here if I can help it.

Office people seemed a bit irritated, or just weren't in a friendly mood that day. Man that helped me with my car gave me my car with a missing part. STILL has yet to call me.
