Gerber's staff was very professional, informative, and friendly. Specifically, Julia was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire repair process. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, another staff person (I cannot recall her name) assisted me due to Julia being on a business call, after which she did ultimately close-out w/ me. Although I was not in a rush at that time, I truly appreciated the team-player approach that was exhibited that day.

I would whole heartedly recommend this body shop. Between the courteous and attentive front office staff, the quality of work performed by the body shop, the quick return of my car, this is a great place to take your car for body work, especially if you have Geico. Also it's super convenient to have a rental car facility at the same location. I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Gerber.
