Going to a collision center is not a good experience by any means. Gerber made an unpleasant experience, pleasant because they took care of me and I didn’t feel like they took advantage of me. They were kind, thoughtful, and very professional.

I would not use this collision company ever again due to the poor work that was done the first visit. If the company would have informed me of this policy from the beginning then I would have known to what is expected. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I'm sorry to hear that insurance companies are looking for the most economical way to repair cars.
