My car was on empty and I had to immediately drive to the nearest gas station, because of this I did not have the time to a walk around/inspection of the repairs. Nor did anyone offer to do so with me, and because my car was on empty that inspection was not even on my mind. When I finally got fuel, I realized the rear view mirror that got replaced is the incorrect part, it does not function correctly as the original, it is missing features and or installed incorrectly. In addition to that incorrect part, my driver side window does not roll up or down correctly. It keeps hesitating or shorting. You press it and it barely moves the window at all and shuts off, you have to constantly keep pressing it over and over again. I did not have any more time to further inspect my vehicle, but the above mentioned is very troublesome.

Although the time estimate for my repair was incorrect, (probably due to the holidays) the team still made an effort to keep me updated about progress and made me feel secure in my decision to choose them for me car repair. The office staff was polite and very personable, very please experience with an unfortunate circumstance :)
