Estimate was for 1 week. It took more than two. Tire that was replaced was under inflated by 5#. Drivers side temperature was set at maximum cold, passenger side was maximum hot. Repair itself was excellent.

Everyone was so kind. The only reason this isn’t a 10 is because the text communications were kind of confusing and stating that the estimated end date was much later than was estimated. Otherwise, Cheryl and Erika were awesome!!

I was very satisfied how Cory managed my estimate and repair. He was attentive enough to explain that the Gerber text stating my repair would take two weeks instead of three days was an automated response and could be ignored. My repair was done in three days as promised.(I can only imagine how these automated texts create unnecessary confusion with Gerber’s customers.) I am pleased with the repairs that were performed.

Great work on the car, paint matches, body lines are great. The car was cleaner when I got it back than it was when I delivered it. Front office people were friendly and kept me informed of the status of my car. Great place I could not ask for more!
