Good looking repairs but one thing. My custom emblem that I had on my steering wheel is gone and missing. Also my fender flares aren’t snug with the front bumper. Other than that they were fantastic.

I would have appreciated more consistent communication throughout the process of the repair; for a few days during the second week I got a text message every day with a short update, which was very helpful. However, when the "promise date" for the insurance came around, I heard nothing and had to call to know the status of the car. Also, I was not called when my vehicle was ready, even though I was told I would be called and notified. If more consistent text messages and/or phone calls could be implemented, it would be much appreciated.

I wasn't too thrilled that I had to keep calling them for updates instead of them calling me. They could do a little bit better on the communication end. They left the inside of my car all dusty I don't know if it's from the repairs but I'm not complaining about that because I can just clean that up but I think they did a wonderful job on the car and my car looks brand new and Cheryl at the front desk (sorry I don't know how to spell her name )was wonderful and always answered the phone immediately and everyone else was so polite. I had one of the rubber pieces of the mats from my door missing but they found it and I'm super grateful for that. I give this place 4.9 stars out of five mainly because of the lack of communication otherwise super terrific! Definitely coming back here if my car needs repairing! I want to thank the team for all the wonderful hard work!
