When my accident happened I didn't know who I can take my car to but then I remember Gerber Collision and glass was able to take care of my car to did a wonderful job putting my car back together and fixing it

Inspection and quote process was great. Workmanship and communication on status of every step were also excelent. Wish the front desk experience had been better. Both drop off and pick up were not as I was expecting. Overall good !!

Front Desk. Not attentive, no eye contact, on the phone while talking to me. On pick up same thing, hands me the wrong bill receipt. When I told her, acted like nothinh happend, handed me the correct one, said nothing.

Picked up my car from having the rear hatch repaired and got home to find out that the back area still had broken glass and was not cleaned. I need to see Gerber to have them clean it for me next chance I get. Service was fabulous. I lost a lipgloss between the console and driver's seat and forgot to get it and asked Gerber if they could get it out for me before the rental was returned. They did! Thanks so much.
