When I dropped off my car I requested that the front license plate frame not be replaced since it’s not needed in Kansas. When I picked up my car, it had the front license plate frame. Otherwise I am satisfied with the repairs.

Was very pleased with the great service ... From the initial phone call, staff were courteous and informative, and patient with my questions. Having never had a collision repair service before, I was very impressed with the regular updates on the status of my repair. I was blown away with how easy Gerber made the process of service coordination between my insurer and the rental car company. Although I hope to never need collision repair service again, I will certainly use Gerber if I do.

I can't say enough good! When I discovered the power window control didn't work after the repair was finished, they accommodated my restrictions, got the needed part and installed it all withing my deadline so I could leave town!! I loved the regular updates on the progress of my repair and all of the staff I encountered were welcoming, gracious and pleasant.
