Work done was great. Great service. I had specifically requested that some scratches be buffed and a dent to be filled with paint. I"n conjunction with the repair work. The estimator said this would not be a problem and the person at the front desk noted the request. This work was not done. Not a big deal, but a little disappointed.

The Gerber professionals take care of their customers from process start to finish. I felt I was in good, capable hands from the initial phone call to schedule an appointment, then entering their office which is extremely clean and comfortable, and meeting with Cory, my estimator, who through Gerber’s system, kept me apprised of every detail regarding my vehicle, and was able to complete the work a week before the commitment date. You cannot go wrong using Gerber!
