The entire process was easy. Excellent customer service. I loved how they handled working with a rental car agency and made my experience seemless & efficient. The work done on my car was well done & came with a lifetime warranty for as long as I own the vehicle. Great experience 👍.

Continually delayed with minimal communication about updated completion date. Then a flat tire when I went to pick it up and let me drive off hoping I wouldn't notice the incredibly obvious sound of a very flat tire.

He drove the car up and got it started for me which was nice. But the second I started driving I could hear the flat and there is no way he didn't notice the light on the dash or the sound

Unprofessional and not willing to help us but quick to take our money. We have used that location when it was under a different owner and loved it! But now we will not want to go back. They took a lot longer than expected to finish our car. Their hours are not feasible for working people.
