Your team at the 9104 Marshall Dr, Lenexa, KS 66215 location was great to work with! Cheryl Wonkum was accommodating, very knowledgeable of the process and always very pleasant to work with. Cory Monk managed our repair project and kept us informed in a comfortable and timely manner. I felt like Cory and his repair team had our best interest in focus and I really appreciate how everyone at Gerber advocated and helped the project get through the seemely obfuscated State Farm insurance claims and repair process. The first Gerber location did a very poor job of fixing my car but I was pleased that the company wanted to try and correct it. I took it to the other location in Lenexa and everything about that experience was better. I picked the car up this past Saturday and all of the concerns I had had been addressed. The quality of the work was significantly better than what had been done at the Gerber Shop on wornall. I'm not sure what's going on at that other shop but I would definitely look at it since it has your company's name on it. Corey at the shop in Lenexa was great about being in contact with me and walked me over through the car when I picked it up and showed me all of the things that they had corrected and explained it to me.

I would recommend Gerber but I would recommend that the person do some research on the different locations and take their car to a highly rated location. Maybe even ask their insurance adjuster if they know which location has good quality work.

My first two experiences with the company we're not good. I took my car in to have a door changed and when I got it back there were numerous problems. It went back a second time and when it was returned the second time there were still numerous problems. I was very frustrated but decided to give the company one last attempt at a different location. The other location did a great job of repairing the car. The quality was night and day difference from the first shop. The gentleman that I worked with at the shop Corey was great about communicating with me and taking note of all the issues I had. When I went to pick up my car I was very happy to see that all of the issues had been corrected and the quality was excellent.

I'm definitely satisfied with the final result but it was a frustrating process to get to the end. Knowing what I know now I would do my research on the individual Gerber locations before taking my car to just any location.

The Gerber Collision team did an excellent job repairing my Ioniq 5 after a recent car accident. Team members were personable and communicated their progress on a regular basis. My car looked brand new, and was cleaned and detailed on the inside as well.

When I picked up my car I was also surprised to see that the car had been totally cleaned both inside and out which was sorely needed!
