The first Gerber location did a very poor job of fixing my car but I was pleased that the company wanted to try and correct it. I took it to the other location in Lenexa and everything about that experience was better. I picked the car up this past Saturday and all of the concerns I had had been addressed. The quality of the work was significantly better than what had been done at the Gerber Shop on wornall. I'm not sure what's going on at that other shop but I would definitely look at it since it has your company's name on it. Corey at the shop in Lenexa was great about being in contact with me and walked me over through the car when I picked it up and showed me all of the things that they had corrected and explained it to me.

I would recommend Gerber but I would recommend that the person do some research on the different locations and take their car to a highly rated location. Maybe even ask their insurance adjuster if they know which location has good quality work.

My first two experiences with the company we're not good. I took my car in to have a door changed and when I got it back there were numerous problems. It went back a second time and when it was returned the second time there were still numerous problems. I was very frustrated but decided to give the company one last attempt at a different location. The other location did a great job of repairing the car. The quality was night and day difference from the first shop. The gentleman that I worked with at the shop Corey was great about communicating with me and taking note of all the issues I had. When I went to pick up my car I was very happy to see that all of the issues had been corrected and the quality was excellent.

I'm definitely satisfied with the final result but it was a frustrating process to get to the end. Knowing what I know now I would do my research on the individual Gerber locations before taking my car to just any location.

The Gerber Collision team did an excellent job repairing my Ioniq 5 after a recent car accident. Team members were personable and communicated their progress on a regular basis. My car looked brand new, and was cleaned and detailed on the inside as well.

Fortunately it was Gerber Collision that I was referred to for fixing three unfortunate events that occurred to my vehicle. From being greeted by Cheryl at the front desk and Cory who helped me in the door, I was treated with exemplary professionalism. The repair is perfect and I was very pleased that my car was clean both interior and exterior. Given an opportunity, I will always recommend Gerber Collision!
