Overall.. the manager there made a lot of empty promises and tells you sweet nothings. He said he was going to fix my dent in the rear and give me a touch up kit for my paint even when I pointed out mulitple times I will pay extra if needed. Also when they painted my front bumper they didn't put enough coats of paint and never sanded and did the proper prep work before painting when you can clearly see damage on the bumper still. Also he mentioned that the car was going to be done on a certain week and the real date was 1-2 weeks later.

Your system and records are incorrect. The car has not been returned and you still have it because the work was not complete. The car had many errors and damage that was not repaired. And it wasted a lot of our time and energy having to travel there after being told the car was ready when it clearly was not. I still have no estimate of when the car will be done.

Gerber told me the car was ready to pick up twice. Each time, it had very obvious and serious problems. I am concerned they are engaging in insurance fraud by claiming they are making repairs that they are not. Today they admitted to putting a damaged part back on the car instead of ordering and installing a new part.
