I brought my car in with dents and paint scratches on each side due to my inability to navigate the cement pillars on each side of my assigned residential parking space. 🤭 Reggie is professional, informative and thorough. Terrific service! Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. I felt as though I was kept up-to-date and knew what was happening. I was even reminded to make sure that I had filled my rental tank before picking up my vehicle. As if that is not top-notch Customer Service, I had waited in the lobby for almost an hour to be picked up by enterprise and someone offered to drive me himself from your store to enterprise.
