I must admit at first I was worried about the whole process but meeting Lonnie was the best experience ever. Lonnie put my worries to ease, he explained the process thoroughly reassured me that I will be happy and communicated with me on all updates with the vehicle. I didn't even have to worry about the rental because Lonnie made sure that was taken care of. I was so impressed by the service Monica and Bruce at Gerber-Longwood provided from my first call through repair completion. The behind-the-scenes repair professionals did a great job too and I was kept updated along the way. State Farm was providing a rental and the coordination of that between Gerber and Enterprise-Longwood was seamless. My vehicle was not only repaired but the dog hair in back was vacuumed better than I have been able to achieve! I had never heard of Gerber prior to this accident; however, now, I will not hesitate to use you again and recommend your shop to my friends.
