Excellent service. Starting with the receptionist in making the appointment to Alex who provided the estimate, all quality and convenience. Alex's estimate was clear and concise on what would be done. I was kept abreast of the job via text and phone calls. I picked up the car after the shop closed, they "reopened" so that I could get my car. Enterprise is conveniently located nearby, and Enterprise staff was waiting when the estimate was completed and I was able to leave the rental at Gerber and not have make the extra trip when the work was completed. All in all, customer service "exceeds expectations". I love dealing with companies that get it and Gerber definitely does.
