I don’t know about the other Gerber collision places, but the one in Illinois did a fabulous job

The Repair took some time however they did a fabulous job. The car had been severely damaged by 4 inch sized hail but they took their time and they did an amazing job.

At first customer service was not good. I was a little disappointed with their communication however, as soon as Kevin, the manager spoke to me and then he put AJ onto the job. Communication was so much better and that is key in a job that is gonna take four weeks. If you keep communicating with a customer and they know the status that makes life much much easier. Kevin was extremely impressive. When he said he would call. He definitely called and AJ taking over from Kevin was also very good.

Great team very professional, I didn’t know that you couldn’t pay in cash for the service render and the damage repairs were excellent, but the team was so helpful and accept the pymt this time saved me time, from going to my financial institution and coming back to pay because I had to get to work and I drive an hour to work so thank you team sooooo much.

Appreciate the work TJ and team did, he touched up some additional chips and noticeable blemishes. However, there is a noticeable difference in the door handle paint that was repaired to the other three existing door handles. In particular, the lack of sparkles in the paint repair seems to be around less than half of the visible sparkles then the factory, existing three door handles.
