Good service overall. Communication was timely and regular relative to the updates. There was an opportunity to have communicated better concerning the issue I experienced…. The tech never apologized but only emphasized his understanding of my frustration and proceeded to complain about all of the things he has to do to fix the situation. Not once actually apologizing.
