While driving my car home after repairs were done, my car sounds like a plane taking off in a tunnel where previously I always had the quietest, smoothest ride now accelerating to 25-30 mph this almost unbearable hum which nearly drowns out my music can be heard. Please remedy this for me, thanks soo much

They need to communicate better with there customers about what’s going on with repairs, they take too long to update the messaging system when it’s moving to the next steps in repairs you have to keep calling the advisors who just tell you what they think you want to hear to get you off the phone. The repairs are good so far just got my vehicle back yesterday evening if something’s not right I will update and contact.
