They need to communicate better with there customers about what’s going on with repairs, they take too long to update the messaging system when it’s moving to the next steps in repairs you have to keep calling the advisors who just tell you what they think you want to hear to get you off the phone. The repairs are good so far just got my vehicle back yesterday evening if something’s not right I will update and contact.

I appreciate the constant updates about the deadline. And if there was any interruption, you also kept me updated on that, but you kept me into to the schedule that you were adherence to and I like that.

I really\n Appreciate the care and a total professionalism that Gerber collision and glass took with me in the restoration of my vehicle, they kept me apprised each step of the way what was going on, how long was it gonna be if it was longer, they called and let me know that they had to order parts, it may.
