When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, there were issues with the vehicle that DID NOT exist when I dropped it off. When I drove it home, there were several electrical issues. They had replaced the battery when there were no issues with it when I dropped it off. Then when I get home, the vehicle would not start up and there were all kinds of lights flashing and the alarm going off I called Gerber and they came and towed it away. I don't know what to expect next. But none of these issues existed when I dropped my vehicle off. They called me before I came to pickup the vehicle and we're asking me about the towing components and the battery.. I drove my vehicle to this place with none of these issues before the work was started.

I dropped off my vehicle for repairs after an accident. I drove to the shop. When I came to pickup my vehicle, I was told that there was issues with the Towing section. When I came to pickup my vehicle I was told that there had to be a battery replacement. When I first dropped off my vehicle, there were no issues with the battery. Gerber claims that they replaced the battery. When I came to pickup my vehicle, when I got home, the vehicle would not start. Gerber is trying to say that the battery was faulty. After they replaced the battery (allegedly) they vehicle would not start. I believe when they tried to reinstall the tow hitch electrical system, they failed and tried to flip the blame on a faulty battery. Again, after allegedly replacing the battery, the vehicle would not start. Very unsatisfactory service. I'm definitely having buyers remorse. The part I'm really having trouble with is the obvious deception and dishonestly.
