9 They did a beautiful job! The damage is unnoticeable and the paint job beautiful. They only reason I out 9 instead of 10 is because I wish they would have called me to ask if I wanted them to fix my bumper "out of pocket". They had to remove it and put it back on and it had a problem unrelated to the repair which I would maybe have wanted to fix because the bumper is crooked. Not their problem but wish they would have asked. No big deal. The repair I went in for was beautifully done.
