From the minute we walked in for our estimate and were greeted by Nancy Stockham (receptionist/secretary) we new we were in a friendly place that was dedicated to quality service! Joe was exceptional and got the damage to our vehicle done in a timely manner, assisted in arranging our loaner car rental and was right there to proudly hand over our car with everything looking better than new!
