My son was driving his Silverado after we got it back and went through the entrance of our complex where there is a dip, at normal speed (slow), and noticed a shimmying of the rear end (rear axle area) and it never used to do that. What damage did the accident cause besides the tailgate and bumper? Did you guys notice anything related to the frame? Rear axle?

I took the vehicle while it was running went straight to my job about 5/6 miles and parked, later it won’t start. After several attempts it has started but parking again and restarting it won’t start!

I really liked how there was friendly customer service from the secretary at the front desk as well as Jorge who took my car into the repair shop area. Both of them were very kind and helpful to me. I really liked the texts that I received about the progress of fixing my car bumper. It was done all in such a timely manner within one week. And I really appreciated the rental car from Enterprise and how they worked closely with Gerber Collision to have a shuttle go to the Enterprise Center and drop the car back off at Gerber collision and have them help take the car back to Enterprise. It was all a very smooth experience! It was great!

The Administrative Assistant was really nice and helpful with everything. I liked how she helped connect with Enterprise rental to have a shuttle come over to Gerber to pick me up. That was great!
