When I picked up my van, I noticed a couple minor repair issues. So, I left my van with the shop for another hour while I went to lunch and the shop fixed them. This took place on a Friday afternoon, so I am grateful that the shop fixed the problems immediately and didn't have to keep my van over the weekend.

The work completed has been great so far, I'd just tell them not to expect it to be completed on time. Which I have heard from some others that also took their car to Gerber.

The front desk attendant was awesome but there was a lack if communication from the body shop workers. People were very kind, just not very informative.

Customer service was great... Over the long run I do not have to pay for the repair as a result of the other insurance company claiming liability of their customer rear ending my vehicle.

Rudy Garcia updated me throughout the repair. The lady that greets everybody at the front desk area by the bat mobile and sets up the appts is exceptional with customer service. The mgr was helpful as well.
