First of all, after taking my truck in to get the estimate, the order was lost when Rudy had the claim number and fleet response's phone number. A simple phone call could have gotten it done sooner. I was told I would be texted with repair updates and all I got was a text claimingit was done. Not updates during the repair process. Lastly, I picked the truck up on Saturday and drove it home and parked it. I got in the truck on Monday and it wouldn't start. I had to jump it. I noticed the dust was disturbed on the terminal cover so it had been jumped before I picked it up. I drove it to work and its been starting fine since. Also, the dome light switch was in the out position where someone had been tampering with them. Now they aren't working properly. I really don't understand why the truck was returned in that condition for a repair on the left rear corner. The bed wasn't even removed. Is there a reason the technician had to run the battery down and f up my dome lamps? I suspect my truck ws being used as a shop radio
