The only thing I was dissatisfied with was communication. Adam told me ignore the automated text dates and wait for updates with my name. I received one about parts. When I didn’t hear anything by the end of the week, I called the following Monday morning. I was told it was getting ready for paint and it would be done Thursday. Then, Tuesday afternoon I get a call saying it’s ready. Additionally, I noticed there is very important information on the back of the receipt envelope. Regarding things like washing etc. this would be a great thing to point out to customers as you are wrapping up the pickup meeting. Overall, I feel that more clear, regular communication would have made this experience much better.

Fixed my front bumper on truck, the best job was done, as expected. I say expected cause I had work done before on my wife car. Neighbor also have some work done, and said you should check out Gerber, I said I have both vehicles. Looks better than new, all boxes checked, I highly recommend their work and attitudes. Makes customer feel like number one. No well we tried to… it was just done correctly!!!… Jim

Thank you. The team was amazing to get my vehicle out 6 days earlier than quoted. My only comment has nothing to do with the repair but with the washing of the rest of the rig. While my vehicle looked amazing there were areas that were missed during the washing of it. Not a big deal but wanted to provide that little bit of feedback. Thanks again for taking such good care of my vehicle.
