2 trim piece on the roof of the vehicle weren't put back correctly. There is 3 dents at least on the roof that didn't get fixed

Work was done well (except forgot to reconnect a parking lamp). Estimate was grossly understated, so would recommend Gerber, but suggest any customer increase estimate by 40 -60%

Customer service was excellent, but estimates were way off the mark. Insurance covered repair was low by about 35% and an optional, non-insurance repair was off by about 100% Had I known the true cost of the optional work, I might have decided not to have it done.
