I never got a copy of my estimate despite several requests for it. A portion of my repair was going to be out of pocket, and I repeatedly asked for a copy of the estimate to be emailed to me, but I never received a copy.

Katie was so friendly and helpful when we went in for the estimate. She explained the process and we left feeling like valued customers. The repair was scheduled quickly and completed in reasonable time. The work itself was excellent. Again when we picked up the car, everyone was so pleasant and helpful. Well done by everyone.

Given my previous comments I don’t see how I could recommend The car is not finished at this point anyways cause we’re waiting for the windshield washer pump and the rear mudflap, so that is part of your process
