It was easy once my car got scheduled for repair. The repair was done well and quickly. Car rental was also very easy. My only feedback would be that Gerber didn’t call me to schedule the repair. The insurance company coordinated the whole thing. Without their call I would likely still be waiting for my car to be repaired.

The inside of the vehicle was full of dust and paint residue around the door. There are paint flaws on the vehicle, a scratch on the inside that wasn't there before taking the vehicle in for repair and missing the Avenair symbol (which is on order). Shonn is taking care of the issues. Shonn was very professional, polite and helpful. I am very confident that I can provide a satisfactory review once completed.
