Gerber customer service was great. How ever the rep from Enterprise Rent a Car was very rude. She kept pushing to buy the extra insurance coverage from them even though I kept telling her that I don't need and my current auto insurance will be sufficient.

I received daily updates on the status of the repairs...very impressive. They even finished the job a day earlier than expected. I will only allow Gerber Collision to do any collision repairs needed in the future. They worked directly with my insurance company without any problems. Great work and communication!

Once I arrived at home I had noticed that there was quite a bit of white overspray splatter on my left front bumper, grille and hood which was on the complete opposite area of the repair on the right rear of the box. They did take care of it promptly the next day.
