When I first brought my car in for an estimate after an accident, I specifically noted a concern about checking the car for damage related to the hood alignment. I had to bring the car back twice after the job was "completed" and returned to me because the hood was still not aligned after the bumber cover was replaced. I was not given any detailed information / explanation about what the issue was and I am frankly still concerned that there may be underlying damage that was not addressed. The manager was helpful and took my car back in after I voiced my concerns a second time (meaning my car was returned to me twice while still having the issue) but in the end I never heard back about what was investigated and what was actually fixed...leaving me still questioning if my project was done correctly or not. I have not notified American Family about this concern, but may, and feel less confident in going directly to a CRP shop. I would like to use Gerber again in the future, but still feel a bit uneasy about this project.
