Not sure it’s anything Gerber can correct given the insurance company only allowed for aftermarket parts, the bumper fit seems as though it’s smaller than factory…. Might be a simple adjustment. Paint quality and match are perfect!

I was completely satisfied with the work that was done to my car. It looks great. I was NOT satisfied with the time that it took, and the continued delays in rescheduling completion time. I was allotted 30 days for a rental car, your delays went past the 30 days, and I had to pay one extra day out of my own pocket for the rental car. If the wheel had been ordered promptly when I dropped off the car on July 31, it would have been there within two weeks, maximum, no doubt in my mind. Someone dropped the ball on ordering the new wheel.

I had comments from two other customers from Gerber on Facebook that they was also dissatisfied as I Wass, so no, I would not recommend Gerber to anyone

The work was good, the several delays because the wheel was not promptly ordered was inexcusable, I had to use up the entire 30 days of my alloted car rental and then had to pay an additional day out of my own pocket after I was told that Gerber told me that they would pick up the tab for any additional rental days

I was thrilled with the work ethic shown in the repair of my Crosstrek. Ashley, Shawny, and Thomas all worked very hard as they took excellent care of my Subaru from start to finish. I recommend them completely to care for your car. Best body shop around. Were able to get me in quickly and finish the job in less than a week. Thank you for for superb service.

The work quality was great but the time to complete the work was much too long. My suggestion is that when they are short employees that they ask if the work can be rescheduled. I would have had no problem to schedule a later date but was not asked.

Everyone was incredibly nice here at Gerber!! On the 1st appointment I met the GM and he took care of all of the details incredibly fast!! When the parts were in, I received a call and took the car in as scheduled. I picked the vehicle up after I recieved the call advising me that the car was ready. Everything was ready when I got there!!!
