The customer service from the time I called the Airport Rd Arden NC shop to talk to them about an appointment to the time that a I was walked out to my vehicle after the job was complete was excellent. Along with communication during the time my car was in the in shop and all updates. Faith and Hope made sure they took care of me and my vehicle. The whole experience was so easy due to their excellent customer service and knowledge of working with the insurance company, body shop, claim process, and the car overall!! I was referrred to Gerber by a friend, Ken Fernandez and I will certainly refer my friends there as well!! Great Job Team!

I believe there was a glitch in the system and I got a text saying that my appointment was canceled, so I called and left a message or two but didn’t get a response for just about a whole week.
