GERBER Collision &Glass are the best very professional and kept me updated with everything as my vehicle was repaired. Jeff and the staff were very helpful went above to help out and the receptionist is amazing I would highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs.

We were told 2 weeks to complete the repairs on 5/5. I mentioned we would be out of town until 5/27. Therefore no problem I would not need a car. I was informed the car would not be ready until 5/29 then again I was notified the car would not be ready until 6/1. Additional, with the delays I needed a rental car from 5/27-6/1.

Multiple delays with the work. We were told it would be done in 2 weeks with no car needed. We needed to rent a car on May 27 because of the delays. The car originally was to be complete on May 19 and the car was ready on June 1.

Some paint residue on my side view mirror as well as some marking on my window frames.

Very difficult to get a hold of. Not having a direct line to the shop was very inconvenient, and I was often left on hold for longer than I could wait and could not get in touch with anyone.
