After asking to have parts ordered in advance of dropping off the car I’m completely satisfied cause it dropped my time without vehicle from 2+ weeks to 3.5 days. Also appreciated my car being cleaned while there, that was unexpected and very much appreciated. Think for vehicles that are still drivable but need repairs you should try to limit the time customers are without their car by making it standard practice to order parts in advance. I know I certainly appreciated it!

Communication was somewhat lacking, and I had to take it in for numerous issues which the manager noticed without me having to point some of them out. Makes me wonder how it left like that with clear issues in fit.

Looked good from a distance but there were numerous issues with the paint and how the panels fit together. Had to bring it in for adjustment and re-paint.

I'm not from Wisconsin, but being asked to give 10s on this survey was a huge turn off. The lack of high standards showed in every step of the process (except customer service which was good). I would not recommend the location my car was serviced to others.

Good customer service, but missed several obvious and glaring issues with the repair. Primarily, they missed that the area with a broken window had weather damage from TWO days of rain. Only after I asked about rain damage did they say "oh yeah, we see thst now. You'll have to get it detailed". Secondly, there is a broken passenger side mirror that they completely missed. No replacement, no mention of it at all. Thirdly, based on those obvious and easy to spot oversights, I am unsure if they properly inspected the vehicle and now I have to take it elsewhere for a proper inspection to make sure something inside the engine compartment wasn't messed with.

The customer service (the women) were great but my steering wheel is still misaligned and my check engine light is on. I am receiving an electrical error. There’s also a hanging wire under my truck. I tried to take it back but the general manager was not responsive to the receptionist when I arrive 24 hours later after getting the car back after 3 months in repair. I offered to come back the next day and the person who answered the phone stated that it wasn’t their issue and I could not get another rental if they took the car back. I was pleased because I was happy to get my car back driving away but the problem is still there.
