Some damage was not repaired, requiring me to take my car back in for more repairs, but it was not on the initial estimate from my insurance adjuster, so I’m not sure who is responsible for missing the damage. I don’t feel like Gerber did a very thorough job of inspecting my car for damage.

The service I received from my first contact and to the completion of the repair was truly awesome. Everyone was friendly, very professional, and took their time explaining the next steps and answering any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed and I left with the sense that my car was in great hands. The place is very very clean, and spacious with great lighting. The waiting area is extremely comfortable and cozy. Meagan was the person I spoke to over the phone, when I arrived she was very much the same pleasant, cheerful and helpful person as before. I think it’s highly valuable to have someone like her because she made a bad experience very pleasant because of the genuine way she connects with the customers. The repair is beautiful…when I came to pick it up I kept having to do a a double take because it looks like a brand new car. They cleaned my car inside and out making it look like I just drove it off the showroom floor. I was expecting great service, but the totality of the work and care they put into my vehicle is phenomenal. I am a very happy customer.

Everyone was amazing, frim taking a look at our needs on Christmas Eve and then fuxing the car on the following Monday. Everyone was extremely nice and the texts keeping me updated, were appreciated. The bonus was getting a car wash inside and out as well as air in the tires! Very nice and very inexpected! Thank you!
