The staff were extremely helpful and professional. Even though fixing my car was not exciting the staff who helped me through the process made it really easy and pain free. The quality of work couldn’t have been any better. They did a great job.

Received car back two weeks later than expected with more damages that were not present when I dropped off the car. Entered the vehicle and my windshield wipers were not working. Upon looking closer at the car, my paint was chipped, window scratched, window vent cover broken by the body shop and not replaced, missing window lining in rear door which should not have been worked on in the first place, interior of the car dirty with black fingerprints everywhere, panel inside the car popping out with wires visible, windshield sensor housing not placed in correctly leaving gap with ceiling, and fuel cap concerningly loose. Extremely disappointed and frustrated to receive my car back in this condition after waiting an additional two weeks after my estimated due date, especially after repair costs went up by $2.5k just to see an incomplete job.

Paint shop did a great job

Overall, poor experience. The rep who helped me had a headphone in the entire time I talked to her. Was told I didn’t need to leave my car with the shop, verified this more than once, then received a call 7 days later saying the shop does need my car. Took 2 weeks to paint a small simple 6”x8” panel piece.
