One of the services i loved about Carstar was the attention to small details like detailing the interior of my vehicles before returning them to me. Windows clean and a simple thank you note on the dashboard.

It’s taken me almost a month of wondering if my car is even safe to drive. I was so overwhelmed by how I was treated when I picked up my vehicle. First, the adjuster was blamed and/or fired for mishandling mine & other customers. Second, supposedly extra repairs needed to be done that weren’t authorized. Thirdly, the prop rod is missing or broke & the damaged tire pressure monitor sensor was not replaced from the damaged to the wheel. Fourth, I was told I owed an additional $1000 over & above my deductible. I need answers please

Gerber Collision o Mitchell was professional and friendly from the start. They were awesome! Communication and what to expect was wonderful. They called with updates each Tuesday and Thursday and sent texts. Their offices were spotless. The GM and Haley and Melissa were top notch. My car was returned clean and looked like it might have even been detailed. Would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing collision repairs in Milwaukee

The whole team did an exceptional job from Haley with the constant contact and updates to the mechanics and teams who did the work to the GM Scott who came out with me to check my car because check light was on and explained why it was on and how the hybrid battery needed charging. And if it doesn’t go away by Monday to bring it back in and he will run it again to clear it. Great team work and great auto body work.

The Gerber team provided a fantastic, professional, and premium experience from start to finish. Premium does sound dramatic but it's honest: from the initial phone conversations to the lab-like cleanliness of the shop to the final pickup, it felt like I was along for the ride in a well-oiled machine run by what is certainly a confident and experienced staff. With a road trip planned just a week or so past the drop off date, I needed my car whether it meant ensuring the repair was done in time or delaying the drop-off until after the trip. I had a hunch to play it safe and just drop it off after, but once the estimator looked into it and assured me of a completion date that fit my needs, I had no question they'd do it based on their professionalism and confident communication. The team ended up finishing the job a day early, which came as a pleasant surprise. Fantastic work, too- it's a new car that's brand new again. I was never worried about progress/delivery due to the consistent communication from the staff in the office. As a manager of maintenance staff performing work in service of public requests, I understand the importance of communication in the process of delivery. Your team follows the balance in communication, delivering what's needed without over-communicating and diluting the messaging. It was near or at closing time when I picked up my vehicle, so I had the benefit of meeting multiple members of the team as they closed out their shift. Collectively, they made their Mitchell St. branch feel like an independent, local, family-run business in the best way possible. All great people. They answered many of my curiosities about blending/color matching and the like. Had a laugh or two, talked paint, and they made me want to come back despite hoping I won't have damage to my car requiring me to. I don't tend to be loyal to particular businesses in any sector but if I ever need to, I will be returning to this Gerber location specifically because of this group of people you have staffing your branch at Mitchell St. Thank you for the positive experience in what was otherwise a very frustrating moment in time for me with damage to a new car.

Fantastic job done on my car, looks brand new again. Excellent communication and updates throughout. The staff went above and beyond to clean the entire car, including the area under my kid's car seat which was certainly not easy. They got it done a day before estimated and were fantastic overall!
