I do, however, believe that finish dates were altered in order to get a better review. They gave me a finish date all along that was 2 weeks longer than it actually took. So, when it's done "early", they are the heroes. When in reality, my insurance paid rental was used up and I had to spend a lot of energy and effort figuring out my transportation situation for 2 additional weeks. All for nothing. This is why I normally do not do these surveys and think this whole process is BS
