Daniel was fantastic, the issue is not him or the collision side of the operation - let me make that clear. Daniel had to send my car out to the dealership attached to the collision shop because they didn't have the AC machine in house for my make and model car as its is very new. I got a message to pick up my car, and I drove it approximately 2 miles before I noticed that my AC was not working. I called, brought it back to the shop and waited over 2 hours for the dealership service side to fix the car while I waited inside. Again, not Daniels fault, however, my feedback to you is that before you call me and tell me to pick up the car, you should make sure that you've checked all the repairs yourself, especially the ones you had to outsource to another vendor. Overall, glad to have my car back! Yes, I would use them again, I just think feedback is a gift! Thanks so much!
