I'm satisfied with the repair work done on my Malibu. The only problems with my experience is the lack of keeping me informed of my vehicle repair regarding the parts issues. If the staff would work on prompt notification of parts issues and warn me of the delays, that would be great. Other than that, the front bumper was well done and the inside of my car smells awesome. Great work.

I was very satisfied with all the work except for the tires. They are very noisy very noisy. I have spoken with Daniele and Tyler about this issue earlier today. The noise is very loud. I am not pleased with the tires. 2 were replaced by insurance other than$74.75 or close to that and the $169. Or close to this figure for the one I purchased. Looks like one tire is a Bridgestone and others Goodyear.

I spoke with Daniel and Steve Sherman did as well and told Daniel that the Black GRILL was unsatisfactory and to put the silver back in. it was not done and this has caused me to always distrust the opinions of Daniel. When you lose confidence in a person and business you have lost customers that would recommend that company and person to take care of the investment that you trusted them with.
