I’ve been meaning to call you my passenger side door is still making a rattling sound. I was told it was a loose clip, but it doesn’t seem the repair to the door clip has taken. I need to bring it back in and get that resolved. I don’t wanna leave the Vehicle thank you 951-208-3265 Paul Garcia.

Passenger side window is making the noise again. The loose clip needs to be secure somehow maybe with glue been busy. I’m going to schedule an appointment. I can’t leave the car. I’ll have to stay with it so we need to work something out. Thank you. Talk to you soon.

Jessica was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process of getting my car repaired. She was extremely professional, attentive, and always on top of everything. She consistently kept me updated and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. What stood out the most was how genuinely caring and friendly she was. I never felt like I was just another customer. She made it feel like she truly cared about my car and wanted to make sure everything was handled properly. Her communication, attentiveness, and willingness to stay on top of things made a stressful situation so much easier.
