Deberia darles un 10 porque el trabajo lo hicieron bien, pero les doy un 5 ya que ellos no hicieron el trabajo completo ya que en la puerta de mi carro en el lado del conductor tiene unos chips que yo lo habia pintado encima para que no se viera ,ellos lo marcaron y me dijeron que tambien lo harian era un plus que ellos me daban ,pero cuando fui a recogerlo no lo hicieron ....pienso que si iba a otro lugar por un estimado iba a pagar menos de lo que pague por mi deductible..

Gerber Collision went way beyond my expectations. I wish I could thank everyone I communicated with there but their general manager Michael took such good care of me you would have thought we were family. I had to get my Lexus bumper replaced and wanted it brand new, I told Michael about his competitors and this man wanted my business so badly that he kept applying every discount he could scratch up until the both of us were happy. I'm still like "WOW." Then on top of just putting the bumper on, they fixed my parking sensors [FOR FREE] which I didn't even know weren't functioning because I bought the car used and never knew that was a feature. Cherry on top is when I pick it up, ready to take it straight to a car wash, low and behold, they've already washed it AND detailed the inside for me. I can't muster up a single negative thing to say about Gerber, I'm so relieved.

Took my boyfriend’s car yesterday Monday morning and it was perfectly fixed by today Tuesday, couldn’t believe it but once I saw the car back to perfection I was shocked.
