Ivan was in constant contact with me, he would call almost every day to give us updates on the process of the repair on my car. I really appreciate his customer service and his constant updates, it was very reassuring. The staff in the office is very customer service focused, and honestly I am very impressed with the level of knowledge Ivan had. It is a wonderful bonus to have lifetime warranty on the job they did. I'm thankful for all of their service and of course, so far, for the job well done by the guys in the back that worked on the car.
