I was really impressed with customer service (i.e., Jessica). I was disappointed with the black footprints on the carpet mat outside of the paper mat that was scrunch up on the floor and handprints on back seat and door arm rest.

Gerber Collision always does a wonderful job in repairing my car. This time they had my car repaired and back to me in less than a week! Andrea, my estimator for the work, took great care of me, informing me through text and phone calls about the progress on my vehicle. My car looks as good as new and they even washed it before I picked it up! Everything was great with the service and repairs, but I have one complaint that when I open the trunk of the car, the spare tire was not put back in the place It was originally moved from was not very happy with that put it back, but it might be something too speak to your guys about when they use the spare tire, they put the spare tire back in the same place they found it.
